26-375 Pivot Bar, Better Bilt

I'm looking for balancers for my Better Bilt tilt windows. The house was built in 1996. I believe the tube is 3/8". I have 4 windows that either do not stay open or open. If you need more info I will try to get it. Thanks so much Fran

This metal part at the base of my window should go into what I believe is called the pivot shoe, but the end of the part is broken off on one side so it can't make that connection and of course the window won't stay open as a result.

There seems to be a spring behind where the bar slides in.

Do you guys carry this part? I've looked and see some similar parts, but can't quite find this one. I only need 2 (a right side and left side- if there is a difference). If you don't carry it, could you point me in the direction of someone who does? Thank you for your help.

Hi there, we're having some trouble tracking down these parts. We need the spring loaded pivot bar and balance spring for these windows. We believe they're Jeldwen, but no markings to confirm. The latch that goes into the balance shoe is broken. This part is backed with a spring that keeps it in the shoe. It is located at the bottom right and left of the tilting window. It also appears to be cast metal.

Trying to replace channel balances in double hung windows. Existing spring balance is DSI 22C TO. The plastic piece that inserts into the base of the channel that holds the round metal piece (that secures the window brackets). Also the window brackets are spring loaded.
