I pulled this off a two-family. The handle goes limp and it can hang up tenants trying to get it. "Cmech ws the only marking. The "posts" on the back of the handle are 1.25" on center spaced. I'm having some difficulty finding a replacement for a sling out storm door with a backset measurement of 1 1/2". The current mounting holes for the handle are 1 3/4" on center. Hoping to get a new handle for my Cole Sewell Estate Series Storm Door.

We purchased this storm door and now the door handled is broken and we are in need a replacement. We purchased at lowes April 2017 with receipt. Not sure if this still under warranty. If not I would need to purchase the handle.

The catch mechanism on my liver is gone basically. I thought a 40?1 50 would make a good replacement. However my latch system has integrated deadbolt. It appears it was a three post with deadbolt by Andersen Emco it has been discontinued.

The door latch doesn't latch anymore so I need to replace it.

Do you have this door knob?
