I have 2 windows that have counter balance problems. The channel balance falls from the window even though I followed the video. As I lift the window up- the channel balance falls. Do I need to change the whole part or just the guides w/ rivet parts. Please advise Thanks

I think I located my window channel balance as Series 350 (It is 22 inches long and the number on the surface is 21100). The top sash guide should be 18 - 172 Here are the pic. Pls help. I need several Tks Alberto
