What part is this on your website? I have your S350-21 channel balance but the top sash guides listed for that don't quite look like mine. The pictures for my top channel balance are 093039 and 093102. My bottom pictures are 093307 and 093233. The stop I have In my window is 085706. I am looking at the s 380-25 with 2410 option. It looks like the 18-172 stop is the one I have in my window. My question is will the s 380-25 top work with ... (cont.)

I need 2 of the top sash guides. I can't seem to find an exact match, you can see it's pretty busted up and the top is gone from where the channel went through the guide. Both sides are like that. And, the screw hole is off center. Don't know if they are still made like that, or if I will have to dr ... (cont.)

Part for Harcar windows. Do you have Channel balance length (metal only) 23" and 5/8" deep? Do you have sash guides (maybe 18-172)?

I need to the black corner part that fastens to the corner of the window frame that hold top plastic part of the Balance.

It looks like the one you're referring to is our 18-172. Take a look and see if this is correct. It appears you may have typed the incorrect number.

Bathroom 17 A. Metal 1/2 inch wide by 18" long. Garage 23 D. Metal 12 X 24 inches. Other windows 3480 stamped. I haven't retrieved it from window yet.

My window parts send me a number that I can call and talk to you. The black part is that the top of the window where the balancer attaches. The aluminum colored piece is in the window slide that catches the balancer so the window can be released.

Spring loaded window lift assist with the number 28C T on the bottom. the hook tied to the nylon cord is missing

I have HARCAR windows in my home. I have some windows with the channel balances hanging out below the bottom of the window. Is there a way to put the channel balance back in place so we can get both sides to lock. Thanks for any info you can give e me. Armond

Need to replace to 2 whole long parts ( see pic 7825) in 5 windows. Also I am missing a couple of black stopper ( see pic 7821 and pic 7822) thanks for your kind reply.

Attached are pics of the channel balances and top guides that I need. I think I have S-385, since the S-380 shoe looks a tad smaller. Can you confirm? How can I tell which series balances these are to order? I have to get the final number from the owner, but looking to change out 9 to 18 windows.
