Hello team, we have purchased 2 types of Top Sash replacement parts, but keep ordering the wrong one. I tried measuring the part from my side but am not confident on the 9/16 measurement of the screw hole to top (see image) so would like help if possible to locate the right piece ... (cont.)

This top sash guide came off my window and I can't find it anywhere. It's broken so I'm unsure of the top square measurement. I ordered item number 18-172 and it is smaller than mine. Mine is about 3/4" thick where the one I ordered is 1/2". Please help!
