I recently purchased and installed the 39-096 Pella replacemnt crank from you. The attached images refer to a small plastic/nylon slider that is supposed to align the window itself in the frame when one opens and closes t6he crank. Looking for the rollers for Pella sash's for casements circa 1978. The rollers roll along the top of the al. sill, and under the bottom rail of the sash. The operators work fine. Its just the rollers we are looking for. Thanks Mark

I have a double casement pella window that is 23 years old. They will not open. I took them apart and see the operators are broken and the hinge sliders are bent. In replacing the operator it looks like I need to remove a trim piece of wood to access the mounting screws, is this correct? Thank you ... (cont.)

I need help identifying some replacement rollers that go at the bottom of what I think are referred to as casement windows made by Pella.

We have large Pella casement windows. First the screw holding the hinges started coming loose. Now the hinge itself came off the track. These windows still would be ok if we could open and close them efficiently. Do you need different sizes of hinges? How can we fix the screw popping out? What kind ... (cont.)

I need the 8 inch, or so, t-limit arm that goes with these hinges. It is missing on a window that also needs an operator, hinge is on ther right.
