These handles crank open a window.

Purchased this Pella casement window in 1999 and need to purchase a hinge for this window. The picture is of me facing the window/ window swings open to the left.

Cannot find the above part on you parts list.

Do you know where I might be able to obtain an 11" Pella hinge arm assembly similar to the 10" you carry

We have older Pella windows 1976 vintage. The opening mechanism has two rollers at the bottom which should allow the window to be cranked open. The rollers must have worn to the amount that they no longer hold the support shoe to remain clear of the window frame. The support shoe drags on the wind ... (cont.)

The metal piece that attaches to the white plastic teeth is gone on one of the windows. The picture is of a left opening window but it's a right opening window that is broken. Do you have this part?

Need end pieces and the "hump" on the bar is different on the old one. The first image my operator is the one in the middle, the 39-352 was to loose to fit on the operator. Please help me identify what i need.

I have ordered part # 39-352 and #39-395 and the part that screws into the window is the wrong size. The size in the picture needs to be 8" and the 10" arm needs to be riveted next to the first screw hole like the picture. Do you have this part?

The support arm bolt broke. I don't believe i need a whole apparatus, but I don't know. Pella is the absolute worst! Any help would be welcome! Looking for slide rollers (part name?) for Pella casement windows that are probably 30 years old. The windows are wood with a vinyl clad exterior. This part slides along with top and bottom window sash when you crank the window open. Any help is appreciated.

Hello Swisco, I am looking for a very similar Pella casement hinge as the 39-352, except the long pivot arm needs to measure 12 1/8 inches end to end. The sash it operates on is 34 inches wide.Is this available? Thank you! BTW, Great web site !! :)
