I have a window with sash meas approx 40" w x 28" h. I have removed the sash ballance and dont see any relavent numbers on it. Can you recom. the proper box ballance. the only numbers readable on the box are 11600-17 , 1027-2 3 1189

I'm trying to find a replace Balance set for this Andersen window but I am having some trouble finding a match on your site. the Balance Box is approx 6 5/8" x 2 7/8" the stamps I can read say BL19 10#31 9 - 85 the other stamp says 11600 - 17

Hi! Your company (Sachalee at Swisco) helped me fix one of my old Anderson windows recently. I have a second one that broke; this one has "S28" and "9 88" and "1027" stamped on it. See pictures. Replacement part number plz

Guys, looking to replace this balance it has numbers 11600-17 on the front on the tab it has 10.31 1 BS70 11 B is confused maight be 8 I don't know. On the back it has 11600A-3 and below Pat # 6 then at bottom 3.336.455 Help Please

My house was built in 1994 so I guesss that makes it a slim window.....Do It Yourselfer the numbers I see are 11600A-3, 11600-17, and 1031 2 __60(?) 0394 ( the flange as in pic)
