Old HOPE'S face mount casement operator

I need replacement casement window crank operators, both LH & RH, for the type of hardware shown in the attached photographs. The length of the arm looks as if it is 11" (from the center of the button to the center of the mounting body/bracket). The screw holes appear to be on 3-7/8" and 4-3/4" ce ... (cont.)

Arm length on Hope operator
We have old Hope operators in a 1950's house. The arm measurement is 9.5" rather than 9", measured as you show in the diagram. Will yours work OK on our windows (i.e., just shorter swing-out)? The crank on ours is not centered on the base, but offset a bit. Is that also OK? The 4-1/8" screw mou ... (cont.)

Replacement Hope's window operator
The only markings are "HOPES" and "Jamestown NY" on the top and "L.H." on the underside. There are no other numbers or letters anywhere.

I have a Hope RH operator that has a 9.5 inch arm. The part # 39-354 looks to be the replacement operator. Also the worm gear engages the sector gear on the arm on the other side (inside of radius instead of outside of radius). Will the worm gear location change the force needed to open or close the ...
