these are for an apartment building in Miami Florida. they need at least 5 of the attached window mechanisms.

We broke the handle off a PGT WINGUARD CA SERIES 740 Stainless Steel (Hurricane resistant) sash lock, left, locking the window before leaving the house for the summer season. We managed to open the window on our return, but need to replace the sash lock. I'm not certain that the PGT will accept a ... (cont.)

Length 4.1/4 back side 1/2 to fit in window slot hole. Slotted rail mover sticks out 1 inch and an 1/8.

I'm not positive what replacement parts are required. The window brand is unknown. Kindly advise if additional information is necessary. Than you for your assistance.

I need locks for crank out milgard windows installed in 1999. They are all in bad shape.

I have a few casement locks that are broken internally. I have Milgard casement windows installed about 20 years ago. I don't know what the part numbers are. This is a casement window in a bathroom. The lock handle has broken. There is two different locks on this window. I do need a replacement for the outboard or left side. No numbers, names or markings found on hardware.

Casement lock, custom color. Only number I see is the number 7 on the U shaped lock part.

Hello, I am looking for the latch actuator shown in the pictures. The height is about 3 and 7/8" measured from the top screw to the bottom screw and latch depth is 1 and 5/8".
