The latch on our window broke off. I am uncertain who made the windows but the only number I can find on the window is the following code C-C45-96x60. The distance between the screw holes are about 3 3/4 of an inch apart

Hi Donna, I am looking for a replacement lock for a Certainteed white vinyl casement window. Dimensions of the window are 32x42. Part # 38-058R is very close in appearance but not exact. I am trying to identify this window hardware so I can replace all on 6 casement windows (6 left hand/six right hand.) The window latch says "G2 Striker *30" but I'm not sure if that has been added to the unit post-construction. Roto G2-STRKR-*30

Series 700 C45-96X60 the locking handle on the inside has broken off, won't let me open the window to remove the screws to replace the locking handle. Can you help with this.

Casement Window Operator Arm is about 9-7/8"

Hi. I broke the casement latch on one window and am having trouble finding a replacement. Can you help? Also this latch is on a largish window- 60"X30". When cranked fully closed it is still difficult to latch? Is this just an alignment issue? Does a window this large really need two latches? ... (cont.)

I've uploaded two images. The first image is of the sticker that identifies my window. The second image shows the latch mechanism that I need to replace, because it is broken.
