This is from a vinyl window in one of our properties. the balance of the windows in the buidling were Norandex Acorn 3600 series single hung, so I might assume the same manufacturer. Would this be a 38-099 or do you have a better option? thanks

The screw holes of the casement lock I received (38-139) does not have threads in which to screw my existing screws into. We have Thermal Guard windows and the lock on two of the casement style windows are broken and need to be replaced.
