38-139 Roto Multi-Point Lock, 37MM Fork

I am looking for replacement for the attached lock. Do you have anything? -Tony

The lockin pin is 1and a1/4" long. The length of the lock is4 and a1/4" and from hole to hole it is3 and7/8".

Is this a right or left latch? I need a left latch and can't seem to find out if there is a right and left or both?

Casement window locking mechanism

I really cannot identify who is the manufacturer for this lock (picture attached). On one side is mentioned RADISSON U.S.PAT-6.076.804. I would be extremely grateful if you can help with an advice. Kind regards, Iulian

i believe this came from a milgard casement window. The handles on the lock have fallen off over the years. Not sure which lock to replace it with.

The lever that latches the window shut is broken -- it is completely loose and rotating it up no longer unlocks the window. I need to replace it, but the catch is that the window is locked shut, so I can't get to the screws, which are on the side that is pressed against the window. There are no visi ... (cont.)

From the picture available my part matches your 38-139 100%. However, your picture does not include vertical distance between the screw holes. What is the distance between the screw holes?

This is from a vinyl window in one of our properties. the balance of the windows in the buidling were Norandex Acorn 3600 series single hung, so I might assume the same manufacturer. Would this be a 38-099 or do you have a better option? thanks
