The base "fork-like" part says #9429 40MM. The picture shows the handle & base separate. That is because it broke. The intact handle says HTL on the window part. The lock handle on the right is missing. It appears that lock unit itself is part of the frame. Can the handle be replaced?

I think your part 38-139 is the closest replacement. The little arm that moves up and down is a little different shape, but i am thinking i cant get an exact match because the part is so old?
