I am trying to find the manufacturer to replace parts.

My builder put in Mastic windows in a new home in 2001. The right window lock handle has fallen off. The receptacle (brass color) inside the window structure is loose and moving around. Hi, I need 6 new cranks and 4 new hinges. Thank you, Are you able to identify these parts? I'm having a difficult time getting anyone out to look at them to make sure I order the correct parts. I need hinges ( I think for 2 windows and about 6 cranks for the other windows.

It appears both handles broke although I can jury rig them in to lock or unlock. Prefer obviously to get new ones. There is a back outside plastic plate which on one was snapped off so hoping it comes with that piece of plastic. I do have a few windows which need replacement spiral window balance ... (cont.)

Our casement window Lock is not functioning - that is, it moves up and down freely without moving any mechanism. Thus, window cannot be cracked open. How can this be fixed without removing the window? Greatly appreciated. Dave

We are hoping to find replacement lock and crank hardware in white for four of our windows. The part number I see is Truth 7212. Any idea where I might be able to find these parts? Two are left-side opening and two are right-side opening.
