I need what I think is called a Multi-Point Lock for my PGT Casement 740 series window ( WHITE ) My latch broke off I believe that the PGT Part number is 7024 I found your 38-096 but 2 of the dimensions are different

I need a replacement casement lock for the left-hand Roto casement window.

I am looking for a replacement of my broken multi point lock. I have attached basic dimensions on the attached picture. Your part 38-095 will likely fit but I am looking for the part with corner profile not a smooth arc (shown in red on the attached Photo).

There are no names on part. "2290" is cast on the inside of main body; "4" and "2249" cast on fork. The window company is Assura Windows (formerly TM Windows), in Pompano Beach Florida. HI, I placed an order, which I will be returning some parts 38-096 because it does not. It was a bit too long and does not fit into picture #1. I'm looking for both left and right casement lock keepers for my Ducana windows (built around 2003). The multi locking track utilizes 4 lock keepers. I removed my casement window multipoint lock, but it seems like its screw holes are closer together than anything I can find on your site. In my picture, the screw centers are abut 3-3/8 inches apart. The grip that extends to grab the window is 1 inch. I don't see any other identifying marks on the ... (cont.)

We would like to buy a new latch, to replace the broken one. We are able to replace it ourselves but are having difficulty finding it.

I cannot seem to find this part in your catalog.

The multipoint lock is jammed in one of my casement windows and when I slide the lever up or down, the lock does not open. I am unable to open the window to be able to have access to remove the lock.
