Old Rocco window bottom seal

I am looking for replacement coil springs for my window, they were made by gorell the windows weigh 14 lbs and are 35" wide by 21 1/4" tall. the channel the spring and slide runs in is 1 7/16" wide by 1/2" deep. I have been trying to find a replacement for this gasket that sits between the top and bottom window panes. While this has a t-slot configuration it is slightly different because the T is at the edge and there is a decent U shape before the bulb.

On my tilt type vinyl window, there is a piece on each side that connects the rope to the spring. The spring is connected to the tilt lock guide shoe which connects to the window itself. on both sides, the spring-to-rope piece is broken where it would attach to the spring. i could send a photo but ...
