The latch That faces outside on my Pella screen door broke. Attached is a photo of the inside outside and an existing one that is functioning properly.

The outside thumb latch broke, and I'm trying to identify the part on your Webb website. Mine does not look like anything that you have. The pictures show inside Handel to remove, once removed I Don't know how to access the latch. No screws on the jam side to open up and it seems to be spring loade ... (cont.)

We recently moved into our home and the screen door appears to be missing a part (or two) as it is very difficult to lift the latch to open from the outside.

Need complete list of parts to rebuild these latches please. I did find the latch handle, but no luck on the strike plate or internals of the interior latch release. Thanks!

The latch assembly also includes a spring that pushes the latch down. Ours is missing. How do you replace this spring and do you have them in stock?

Hello, I have a customer whose header has sagged causing the screen door to bind. The added tension has caused extra wear and damage on most parts of the handle/latch assembly. I installed the latch but now it's not spring loaded Is there a spring that recoils the latch back up?? Also the top spring where two plastic pieces ones broke Do you have replacements for that? I need one screw the one that's broken

Need the exterior parts for the screen door. The only thing there is the screen protector. The interior parts are fine. It looks like the interior part is 83-123. Here are a few pics. Thank you!

I am looking for complete replacements for these screen door handles. both left and right handed versions.

The part to open the latch has broken off on the outside handle, looking for replacement.

I look to have the 83-122 handle assembly but I don't see the part I need to replace. In the picture, to the left of the latch knob there's that channel in the middle of the frame that houses the latch itself. The latch itself broke off. I need weatherstripping for my Pella French door. Pictures enclosed. I brought the latch assembly from you last time and it has never worked right. I am willing to buy another if we can get it working right. It is just to loose, the latch lock.Thank you,Willard
