I purchased from you a few types of wheels. it looks like the one that they need is in the attached picture but with two wheels. not just one wheel like the ones in the picture. do you have something like that?

Hi, I have a window that uses a longer version of 87-190. The dimensions are identical except that it is 2 1/16" long instead of 1 3/8". Is there a product like this? If not, have people used anything to fill the gap?

I have vinyl glider windows wit two sets of brass roller for each window. The rollers have worn down. I have attached the dimensions. The nylon housings appear to be in good shape the rollers are 9/16 with a 3/8 pin

I have luminess SL 6030 sliding windows that need new rollers but cannot see any that say they will fit my windows. Do you have any? My are nylon that are worn to the point they no longer hold the window up enough for the rollers to carry the weight. Would brass rollers work on my fiberglass tracks? ... (cont.)

I have attached pictures of my horizontal "CWS" brand window rollers I need to replace. I did order 16 --- 87-190 Double Roller Assemblies (Order #87-190) from Swisco. They do fit into the slots correctly but the rollers are not high enough to allow the window to roll. It is like there are no roller ... (cont.)

The window latch is labeled "Amsco". There are no other markings on the windows, which were installed in 1997. The roller in the photos is stiff, reluctant to roll, and needs to be replaced -- along with a whole lot of others. Terry

There are two rollers in the top and bottom of each window. Currently a few of the windows squeak a lot when opening and closing. The tracks are cleaned and I put a silicone based lubricant on the track but after a short period some windows start squeaking so I want to try replacing a few rollers to ... (cont.)
