Hello, I have a broken channel balance that has the signage "13 3 DU CMC 2" (pictured). What is the best replacement part for this? The channel length is 14", and width is 9/16". Both end parts have "wings" Thanks! Vega in San Jose

Greetings, I have two broken channel balances that need replaced. 1 broke from each sliding window (non tilt, just goes up and down), so I want to replace all four. The window is a Philips 800 series vinyl window. It has the following printed on it 13 2 GW CMC 10. It measures 1/2" x 14". Will 14" Series 380 Channel Balance work?

It looks like the window balance I need to replace matches S385-14. However, the stamp on it does not match any of the listed option. The stamp on my window balance reads "13 5 EQ CALDWELL". Is this a special order balance? I would need two sets of them. May I get them from your company? ... (cont.)
