S385-14 14" Series 385 Channel Balance

Metal channel is 14" long x 9/16" wide.

I need to replace broken window channel balances from my home which was build in 2003. It is hard to find correct parts for this replacement

The width of the channel is 1/2". The length of the channel is about 13 3/4". The marks on the channel read "13 3 IQ CALDWELL". Could you let me know the part numbers I'll need for the replacement? Thanks!

This is an old window and the parts were thrown away when it came apart. The window outside measurement is 35w X 30h. Glass is 31.5 x 13, on the half in picture. It weighs 10 - 12lbs. My 1997 vinyl window is from Weathervane window company in Kirkland Wa, (out of business). I assume it is best to replace both sides when doing the repair? Thank you

The picture shows the size with a tape measure (1' 2") and it has an ink stanp that says 13 9 FQ Caldwell. Can this be purchased locally (Portland Oregon area).
