S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hello, I am looking for replacements for my window balances. The length of the metal piece of the current window balance is 21". I have attached photos for reference. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Metal section is 21" long, 9/16" wide and 5/8" in depth. The number on part is 2040 CA / B.S.I. In need of 2 (1 pr) Thank you

Balance sash spring they do not stay in place seems like missing clips to keep them in track

Hello, I need to replace the channel balances on a 1980's era milguard window. The stamp on the old channel balance says 2030 and the metal portion measures 21" long. Will you be getting more of this length/option in stock? Alternatively, would the 2050 channel balance work as a replacement? Thank ... (cont.)

Millard windows need 6 new channel balances for 3 windows the same size. The metal length is 21 inches. The only thing stamped on the metal is BSI 20C

I need to replace several window balances for two different sized windows. The sticker on the windows are labeled SERIES: 6210/6230/6230J/6270 H-R25-48x78 H-R30-48x96 The larger window balance is stamped 34 4 JV CMC 7 The smaller window balance is stamped 20 2 IV CMC 7

Unsure what model Window balance this is. from top to bottom is around 22.5 in and 0.5 inches wide. I need to replace my current one.

My plastic parts of the spring assembly have broken. So I need the whole tension Spring Assembly. Windows wont stay up.

Is the 2020? The the length, and if it's the length, why does it measure 21 inches? I would like to know the correct replacement Also, what is the correct weight for this balance.

This is the only stamp on the hardware.

Strings broken, so probably not run correctly. Cannot find brand name on window. Channels have 2040 stamped on them. Each channel is 21" long.
