S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

Hi just want to double check that I need the 21" 385 counterbalance with the 2040 spring. thanks

Unsure what model Window balance this is. from top to bottom is around 22.5 in and 0.5 inches wide. I need to replace my current one.

My plastic parts of the spring assembly have broken. So I need the whole tension Spring Assembly. Windows wont stay up.

Is the 2020? The the length, and if it's the length, why does it measure 21 inches? I would like to know the correct replacement Also, what is the correct weight for this balance.

Trying to figure out which channels to order 21 inchs

This is the only stamp on the hardware.

Strings broken, so probably not run correctly. Cannot find brand name on window. Channels have 2040 stamped on them. Each channel is 21" long.

Need Replacement part model number

Window is 20h x 24w glides are 20" not including plastic catches on top and bottom. Glides are ½ inch wide and deep. Need four glides.

I'm pretty sure I need the s385 balance, but I'm not quite sure how to read the label to determine the spring strength. Would the 20 5 marking indicate a 2050 spring? Thank you!

Seems to be 21" by 1/2", but I can't seem to find an exact match.
