S385-21 21" Series 385 Channel Balance

I have this currently, but i am not sure if this is S385, S390, or S395. It's 1/2" width, 21" metal to metal, on the meter bar it says 20(I guess that is for the option 2020?) 1.1 inches on bottom bracket. I current choose this, could you confirm if it's correct. Need a replacement for a: BSI 2040GG

Hi. I am looking for a replacement window balance. It is marked "20 3 DR CALDWELL". The metal extrusion has a length of 21 inches. The shoe has a width of 1 3/32 inches. Please let me know what additional information you need to identify a replacement balance. Chris

I thiink I need a S385-20 2040 but not sure about the clips since it doesn't seem to attach to the window like your video shows and seems internal to the sash only.

We have two pairs of sash balance damaged. The product codes shows in the photo (1. 14 4 JO CALDWELL. 2. 20 4 JO CALDWELL. ). Do you have the products? Thank you

Number on part is 20-4 FA5 CMC 9, it looks to be 3/8 wide and 21 inches long.

I need to replace the balances for a sash window - see photos. I think I need: 21" Series 385 Channel Balance, Product Code: S385-21, but I'm not sure about what weight I should get.
