S385-33 33" Series 385 Channel Balance

I need to replace the channel balance on Milgard windows. The identification printed on the channel is 32 5 kv cmc 2. Can you pleas erell me what channel balance I need? Thanks, Dan B.

I need a Phillips Marquis 9000 series, 33" long non-tilt- sash channel balance. Mine looks like 385-33, but I have no channel stampings, just a marking/stamp: "32-6 AA CMC 7" My top & shoe look like 19-005 & 15-004, respectively. Don't know which option to order, since I have no stamping ... (cont.)

According to your website I think I have the following: 33" balance stamped 3250 - 1/2 wide 19-005 top 15-004 shoe I'm not 100% sure about the bottom shoe - see attached pics I don't see a particular series that matches what I need exactly? Is there a series that you know will work? Or s ... (cont.)
