My window balance is broken, and I'm requesting to identify the part number. It as 32 4 CN Caldwell (marking), the length is 33 inches, 1/2 inch width, and 5/8 inch depth.

From plastic end to the other end of plastic is 34 inches from the end of metal channel to the other end of metal channel is 33 inches the etching says 32-3 Gus cmc I think the last two letters are st not sure

To whom it may concern, There are 5 windows that require channel balance replacement. Three window saches measures 32" W X 32" H and weighs 35.5 pounds, the remaining two measures 45" W X 35" H and weights 47.7 pounds. I'm looking to replace 4 window channel balances they have 3240 stamped on them and measure 33 inches. I want to make sure I order the correct part.

Can you please confirm part number for me? "3230 - B.S.I. - MM" is stamped. My windows are non-tilt and channel width measures 9/16". Let me know if questions. Thanks, Rich
