I have a block and tackle balance that busted. I made some repairs and it worked for a few months. I do not know the window manufacturer. The only label on the window is the AAMA cert sticker. I think I need a Series 385 33" length. I am not sure about the shoe whether it is a 15-004 or an 15-005 or other. I am not able to see a discernible difference to be sure I am getting the correct part. How can I tell them correctly to order? There is no number on the old balance. ... (cont.)

I have several windows that need new channel balancers. (1/2inch) First set says 32 4 AN Caldwell Second set says 26 4 CN Caldwell Do sell replacement parts or have any way to cross reference these items to something sold today?

I need a Phillips Marquis 9000 series, 33" long non-tilt- sash channel balance. Mine looks like 385-33, but I have no channel stampings, just a marking/stamp: "32-6 AA CMC 7" My top & shoe look like 19-005 & 15-004, respectively.
