Help Identifying Hardware.

The drawer/shelf keeps coming off the glide because the glide is shifting out of position in the rear socket. Is there a fix for this?

I looking for new left side drawer slide bracket socket instead brocken one.

Old cabinet drawers need new rear mount sockets. Next to impossible to find the right parts. Home Depot, Lowe's and others have no idea where to find new parts.

Do you know were I can find this, it's a holder for a roll out track in my cabinet I tried to glue it and it did not last long so looking to replace it ... Sorry this is the best I can do it appears to be glued and haven't tried to remove it yet until I can hopefully find it. Thank you! ... (cont.)

A plastic piece that holds the side track of my cabinet door broke. The plastic piece has the marking RSI. The slide end that mounts to the cabinet front broke off. I included a photo (4413) of it installed. The other photos are of the broken part. It is a rear cabinet dowel mount with the plastic clip. I can't seem to find a replacement for this. It is about 21 inch slide and the drawer is a bottom moun ... (cont.)

Will the extensions I hve work with this replacement?

Number on slide is pmi-cm565l, no name on cabinetry. The one in the pic is missing the top part which is the same as bottom. I switched left to right to use temporarily. I can send more pics if needed later, it's at our animal shelter and I won't be there till later.
