Hello there, I have a face-frame cabinet with wide drawer with side bottom mount sliders and back mounting bracket brackets. Drawer old slider is 23 5/8" side. I purchased item # 32-061 but I did not relize that the slides are connected to the back of the drawer like in the attached pictures. I cannot find the correct set to purchase and I cannot figure out how to disconnect the ones in my home. Any help is greatly appreciated!

It says Unigrass 6600 on the side of the drawer slide. The back wall support bracket broke. I didn't take a picture of it out because I'm having trouble getting it out.
