Here is a picture of one of the many windows that have a broken window tilt mechanism. Is this a part that can be replaced? Also, the one window showing still has the front latch attached. Most of them do not even have the front latch. Thanks

I am looking for two replacement latches for a Traco 1GCC CBA 87 window. Thats the only identifying number I can find on the window. Both latches have broke at the plastic slide piece which holds the top in the frame.

The right hand side tilt latch appears to have broken

I have Traco model TR5000 windows in an apartment builing that need some help. I have been told that Traco does not support this model. I will need all of the different parts, spiral balances, tilt latches, etc. Do you have a list of the parts that fit this model? Thanks, Bob

Attached are some photos of window tilt latches that I need to replace. I hope you can identify these as there is no branding on the windows. Let me know if you have them and the cost. Also if I need any specific tool to replace them. Thanks! Alan

The tilt latches on this window have snapped off and need replacing. Unfortunately there is no label or ID on these windows (I inherited them with the apartment and while they are craptastic, they still keep most of the outside out). Right now I don't even know how to open the frame to get the broke ... (cont.)
