Hi, I'm looking to replace two corner latches on an old storm window. It looks like there is a number '8' on the 'key' part that attaches to the storm window. On the slide bolt itself it looks like there are some faded numbers. It is hard to make out, but it may say '823' and then '788' in a little ... (cont.)

My apartment has Traco windows that I would like to clean by tilting them. I unable to determine if this can be done based on the sash openings. The attached pictures might give you some idea if I can tilt them in, and if so, how would I do that. Thank you.

We have Traco double-hung windows in our apartment which tilt inwards for cleaning and (not surprisingly) have a tilt latch on the top corners of the lower sash.
