Do you guys carry this part? I've looked and see some similar parts, but can't quite find this one. I only need 2 (a right side and left side- if there is a difference). If you don't carry it, could you point me in the direction of someone who does? Thank you for your help.

Hi there, we're having some trouble tracking down these parts. We need the spring loaded pivot bar and balance spring for these windows. We believe they're Jeldwen, but no markings to confirm. can you identify the broken tilt window pin. You press the black button on the front of the window to release the tilt pin. I do not see any markings on the items.

The latch that goes into the balance shoe is broken. This part is backed with a spring that keeps it in the shoe. It is located at the bottom right and left of the tilting window. It also appears to be cast metal.

I have old metal windows and the white (now yellowed) plastic latch is broken. By broken I mean that the piece that connects to the window and keeps the window from falling forward is broken off at the end.

We recently purchased your 27" series 900 spiral balances for windows. We need 1 of the white plastic pieces shown in the picture but for the left side. Please advise.
