Do you carry this part? I need at least a dozen to replace the ones that break when you take them out.This needs to fit the 15-047 pivot shoe

I'm looking for price and availability. I'm needing 6 units

The first two images are of the white plastic part I need. The third image is of the part in place. Broken one goes on the opposite side.

I removed both sashes to have the glass replaced and when I tried to reinstall them the shoes are locking up and the sashes won't move up and down when placed back in. My thought is to replace the balances and the shoes (and I am not familiar with this style) but is there also something I am missing ... (cont.)

Should have done this to begin with...I ordered and received the wrong pivot shoe. (15-070) Looking for your help to get the correct one. The image in my hand is what remains of the broken one. When opening upper sash of window to clean,these broke off the bottom of window now it won't stay up.

06-93 manufacture date. There are 2 of these on top and 2 on bottom of the tilt windows. Thank you!

Old Barrier windows from upstate New York back in the 80s. Also need the spiral balance tool to get them back up in there . Also need the stoppers there about 5 inches long. Sent pictures see if you can come up with anything.

Please help me choose the hardware I need to rebuild "Thermal 1 " aluminum frame windows made by Amacor Industries, Delmont, PA. The windows measure approximately 40" wide by 65" high, overall. The 5/8" spiral balances are 32" long and have yellow tips. A picture of one of the pivot shoes is attache ... (cont.)

Have old Amcor windows throughout house. One sash had seal compromised so I removed it. While doing it one spiral balance (on right side - the white shoe) came out of pivot shoe. Shoe is covered with plate that states "do not remove"... Shoe and as well as the balances probably should be replac ... (cont.)
