Hello - the balance and spring assembly still works. A cheap plastic piece where the window inserts and pivots at the bottom of the spring assembly cracked and needs to be replaced. My daughter has a tilt window that the ends of the pivot bars have rusted away - to get an idea of what type of pivot bar it is, I tried to remove an adjacent window- I know how one is supposed to be able to remove the window - have looked at videos, etc - we move the window up about a foot, unlatch ... This pivot bar slides back and forth so that it comes out of the shoe and my sash won't stay in. When I tighten the screw the the channel that the bar is in, slides back and forth.How can I fix it?

I don't know the name of the window company. Looking for some expertise helping locate the proper pivot shoe. The depth of the window channel is 1/2". The pics show the measurements for the other sizes.

Can you provide some instructions on how the 15-046 pivot shoe is to be properly connected to a 765 series plain channel balance? So I ordered the Pivot Bar, 3" 26-040. However I need the shoe that it sits in. The blue piece where the bar sits in rusted out and both bars were broken off.
