Been in the business for 18 years and have never seen a roller like this

looking for replacement for these Norco screen door rollers. door was installed around 2004-2005. This picture is the "cartridge" that slides into a plastic housing.

I am searching for 2 wheels, spring loading from top. They insert in the bottom of the sliding screen door. I can fit 3 dimes into the wheel groove.

This is exactly what I have to try to replace. I need 4 new rollers with the 2 springs attached to each. I also need one plastic insert that it fits into on the door. I need both the 2 lower and 2 upper roller assemblies. they may be the same. Also, I destroyed one of the rollers trying to remove it, so I could use some instructions on removal and replacement. Thank you!

How do you remove the roller assembly on a Patio Sliding Screen Door. I believe it is a Norcross door and I believe it is your roller part number 84-139. Thanks Peter

it has 2 springs on the top that inserts into the screen door. when installed they spring.

I'm trying to find out which rollers I need for my Norco Patio screen door. The door says jel-n-302 on it.

I have contacted JeldWen service and they tell me the parts for this discontinued screen door are obsolete. I'm hoping I can find a replacement roller, the screen door is still in good shape. Thank you
