18-178 Channel Balance Guide Pair

Struggling to find an exact match for replacement of this product.has some funky "wings" on it that I've never seen. Perhaps yall could be of some assistance.

Pictures attached of 17" long lift with "winged" top and bottom. The window weighs 15lb-9oz. I also need the channel balance guides, also pictured. I believe the correct numbers are S385-17, option 1640 for Channel Balance and the Guides are 18-178. Please confirm my selection. I will be needing 8 c ... (cont.)

I have NUAIR Windows and need new channel balances and guides. That being said I have one window that cannot be raised, one side will not move and have tried pry bar from outside and still will not move. Any suggestions as must raise to replace parts. I have Nuair windows and they all need new balances and the top plastic piece that is on the top of each side of the window, there are 6 windows. I can send you pictures of the balancer and the plastic pieces that are on top of each window, plus the top latches to hold the windows closed I need 12 b ... (cont.)

It is 1/2" 2830 stamped on metal rail. Window will not stay in any up position and is coming out when raised on metal channel side (left). How do I repair and what parts are needed? jamie

I have not yet begun to work on my NuAir single hung window bottom sash, which appears to have a broken balance on the left side. I have been studying your videos and guides, and I think I can do it. Need 2 replacement channel balances for a Nuair double hung none tilt out window, 1/2 inch wide probably series 380 or 385, 30" in length. The part has a marking of 29-5 LX CMC11.
