I believe my Channel Balances are 30" & 35" Series 380 Option 2950 & 3450 respectively. The channel balance picture attached is from the 36" window...I based this on a neighbors recommendation that replaced their Channel Balances from you. This is a top sash guide that would fit a 29" series 385 channel balance S385-29, option 2840. thanks

It is a little plastic piece that fits in the corner and holds down the spring brace.

Need to order a dozen of each of these parts fro window repairs. Excluding metal channel balance, just the top and bottom parts.

I'm showing width across top with ruler. Width across bottom is 11/16"

I purchased Product Code: 18-178 thinking it was an exact match. However, the only way it appears to fit is with portion with the wool pile on the wrong side. The over all size fits, but it does not work. Is there a better match? Thank you

Hi Can you help identify the attached part please? It is a Nu Air channel balance marked 1610. Metal length is 17. Shoe measures 1 3/32" deep by vernier. Thanks Neil

Hi, I am looking for balances for an old window (around 1995). Apparently, the balances were removed or broke at one time and were discarded. The bottom sash weighs 5.8 lbs. Visible glass on the bottom sash is 15 in. Any idea which balance will fit? Thanks for your help.
