Hello, The image for this channel balance guide pair (product code 18-178) looks to include the small strip of white pile weather stripping? Can you Please confirm if it is included or if the pile weatherstripping needs to be purchased and installed separately? Thank you.

I have several top sash guides that need to be replaced.

I have two NuAir Metal Non-Tilt Windows. One of the two top plastic corner pieces has broken off. Please look at the photos and see if you can identify the ones I need. Thank you!

Hello, I need help finding nylon sash cam pictured below for channel balancers 2810 and 2820 1/2 inch.

Can you help identify a replacement top sash guide? I am also needing to order the window balances. Pretty sure the window balance is S380-29

The balance is 1/2" x 30". The writing on the metal is as follows: DB102 2920. Also need is end cap for the window at the top - Picture enclosed

Hello, I have 7 Nu Air windows, all with the same ~60.5" height, four with a 51" width, two with a 35.5" width and one with a 34.5". I have a Nuair window in need of the top sash guides as both side are broken. The pane is 50 inches wide by 36 inches tall.The photos show the parts. One top guide the broken part is the brush side and the other guide the brush is intact but the opposite side broken.I checked for the part in your ph ... (cont.)

Nuair window has an aluminum rail that is no longer held in place. I suspect the plastic piece on the window or the rail cap has probably sheared off a small piece of itself to allow this to happen. I have a photo of the normal side, the side where the spring loaded rail stays up , the plastic windo ... (cont.)

I have two windows that won't close for the same reason. These are both NuAir windows. They are both next to each other. I am told that the 'pieces' on the side are broken and require replacement. Hi,I'm hoping to find a replacement for this part on my window. It looks like it caps the top of the window and is part of the face slide against the aluminum frame.
