What is the size of the bore hole for the 39-375? Is it 11/32" or 3/8". I bought what you recommended (39-107FK) but the bore hole is too small. I need to replace a folding crank with stamp of C 1080-3A. Thanks very much

I have two windows that are missing the cranking mechanism. The photos that show operable crank operator are identical to the missing ones. It appears I need 39-376 for replacement. Hello, I am looking for some help picking out the correct replacement crank assembly. I believe it is the truth encore low pro file 39-253RB. Does the cover plate on mine come off? It doesn't appear to.

The part of the folding crank handle which has a set screw to fix the handle onto the Crank Operator has worn and cracked at the hinge. I don't know how to measure the bore of this part. I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

Hello, I would appreciate some help identifying this part. The spline looks to be 11/32 and matches some of your handles however some of the other measurements are different. The total length of the handle is 4 5/8. The set screw is what contacts the spline and holds everything in place.Hopefully ... (cont.)
