We need to replace Truth operator #14D800P. There are 4 lefts and 2 rights. My question is the arm that goes into the track must be a square guide to get into the track and does the handle cover and handle come with it?It looks like I need two 39-253-LB, four 39-253-RB and six 39-529. Does this cover with folding handle (39-375) fit the Truth Encore dyad operator, or do I need to order the older style (39-451) without folding handle? Thanks!

Hello, I ordered part #39-317 and 39-318. Here are the pics of the part I'm trying to replace. Old part measurements as follows: 9" arm length crank assembly size is 5 1/4"L X 1"H X 2 1/2"W Parts sent are similar but arm length is 1" too short. Thank you. Phil

Does the casement window crank cover easily pull off? What tool do you use to remove the cover? I tried pulling it off with my hand and it did not release!

I need to replace the nesting crank on my casement bow window. The only marking I found was on the operator & its a Truth. I counted the splines(?)/notches/ridges (not sure what they are called).
