39-381 Casement Window Dyad Operator

Hi, I'm looking for this casement operator. Can you help me cross reference it? I know it's made by Truth but it seems obsolete. I'm hoping I can find about 20 right and 20 left. Thanks Jeff H

I need the entry gard dyad window operator, but My window has a 5-1/2" outer arm. You have two versions. One is only 3-15/16", and the other is 6-1/2". Do you have one for me?

I ordered 39-381 and 382. It seems like the right thing except the shaft that goes to the window is too short. Is there one with a 7 1/2 or 8 inch shaft

The window parts and mechanism. I could not get all of the photos to download but here are some of them. I need for R and L hand. TRUTH 30850 30843L MADE IN U.S.A

My Operator looks similar to part # 39-035 with the screw holes for the sill matching at 4 7/16" - but my arm length is 5 1/2" not the 3 15/16" listed on the diagram. Do you have a part that matches or should I order and then re-adjust the bracket on the window? The 'triangle' arm is stamped on ... (cont.)
