Hi! My Truth casement operator and crank have come apart. The handle just fell out one day, it appears broken. The handle no longer opens or closes the window as it does not engage the gears. This window operator seems to match up with your part number 39-036 the differences that the length of the long arm on mine is 6 1/2" from end to end.
