26-394 Tilt Latch Assembly Pair

This 20 year old latch broke and the window pushed inward during Hurricane Milton. The dimensions are 2 3/8"Wide by 3/4" deep. The holes are 1 1/8" on center. If you have a replacement part I may as well get 2. Thank you,John

My older windows are 15-20 years old these latches are surface mounted. 3/4" wide by 2 and 3/8" long Hole spacing about 1.25" I need a bunch of replacements

I am looking for the key that is used to release the tilt window on a Milco Div window. Do you have this part.

During the hurricane IAN almost all my windows come open even with the shutters on all because the tilt latches were old and hot Rodger. I was thinking to change the windows but if I can buy this item for this season.

I am trying to find replacement latches. There are two moving latches in this one part. The latch on the bottom or foreground releases the window from the frame and the window will tilt in to the room. The top latch is what you slide to raise and lower the window.
