Do to carry tilt window mechanism with sliding bar? Patent # on part is 5,165,737. Also do carry MILCO window lock? Thanks for your time. Salvatore

The plastic sash latches need replaced after 14 years. The windows are contractor grade single single hung. Looking to replace with similar part or upgrade of the same dimensions. Your assistance is welcome.

These are on an older window and it is one that was replaced independently of the rest. Can't find anything like it. Do you think you have anything that might work?

I'm replacing pivot shoes in tilt windows with 30 inch 600 sprial balance and I found that the mating parts in the window sash are rusted and broken and I would like to replace them but don't know the part number, i would also like to replace the broken top slide lock spring part shown in the photo ... I cannot find any markings.

No markings on the locks. The latches have Milco markings.

This clip is on either side of the top of the bottom pane. It hold the window in place.
