Hello! We cannot idenify the brand of our windows. I assume they were an affordable option and would guess they are at least 20 years old, probably older. I don't know what to call the peice that we need, window sash? It mounts along the top of the widow. You can see the stamp on the picture provide ... (cont.)

Looking for help either finding replacement parts for this kind of window balance, like the grey plastic piece. Or a replacement balance.

Hello I have a vertical aluminum window that won't stay up, I have to use a stack to prop it open. The house was built in 1955. The piece broke off when I tried to open it up because it was shut closed for a long time. Please help. Thanks.

Trying to locate these top hanger plastic clips for somealuminum single hung windows, 2 1/4" tall, they hook on tothe string end of the balancer and atop wire hook on the sash.Please find attached the picture of the clip in the jamb of an Aluminum single hung window. Thanks
