18-181 Window Sash Guide, 9/16"

Hi I need 4 window channels in the 1775 option, based on my old stamp of 17DS29. My window weighs @30lbs. The parts are all exactly the same as in these pictures including the stop. The main metal channel is 18" length. How can I order them for my hurricane windows? Thank you

One side of window broke and now it is hard to open and close. The file labeled FullSizeRender-3 is the broken side, the other two are of the good side. I need to know what parts to order. Thank you!

24" Channel Balance Identification is this S371-2320? The outside dimensions of the shoe and top seem right but the top part 19-031 does not have the middle divider that the tab in the track may require. Please identify. Thanks.

I have a top sash I need as per the picture attached. None of your stack ones seem to fit. It is made of aluminium and fits a 19-041 channel balance top. I would need about 25 pieces and a plastic version would be fine.
