Hello, can you please help me identify the parts I need to order? The windows don't want to stay up anymore.

Coil balance has "9R" on both sides left and right. No other markings. Have included pics of mfg markings and sticker on sash

Unsure which replacement balance I should purchase after reading the identification guide. I currently have double coils and each has two separate number identifiers (4 & 5). does that mean I need #18 replacement?

Looks like there is a # 9

Need 2 pairs of 24" lift hardware

1. The housing that holds the spring has "9R" on it (one of the photos should show it). 2. The coil balance spring has "9G" on it (one of the photos should show it, but might be hard to see" Please let me know if you need any other information. Respectfully, Eugene

I need pivot bars to replace these and go into pivot shoe with 9R marking on it. Photos include broken pivot bars, shoe, and where they insert on the actual window. Thank you for your help

I have a double hung Amlin window, and 3 of the 4 coils are broken. They are labeled "9L" or "9R". These are Amlin BHI-Ex installed in Feb. 2014. I'd replace all 4 as that last one is likely close to breaking. One photo is a broken one and one is the last intact one. Thanks!

Hello! My pivot shoe and bar are broken. I have an Anderson window, as described on the sticker. Could you please help me with choosing a correct pivot shoe and bar?

My problem is the window won't stay up. Some of my pivot bars are broken but they are doing the job for now. But in several windows, this shoe is broken. I'm having trouble finding this part, seems older. This 1st time messing with window parts. The cover over the coils say 5+4. If that could be exp ... (cont.)

Do you sell this part for my window that is broken?

I need a double coil balance replacement for an Anlin window. The only stamp I can see on the assembly is either a 9 or a 6 on the shoe. I'll attach some photos. Thanks for any information! Hi interested in finding a replacement coil balance for the photo attached. The only numbers I could find on the item was patent # 6378 169, also a 9L is found on it as shown in the picture. My metal coil snaped in two pieces and I need the the left and right coil. Sach weighs 17.8 lbs. The only marking I could find on the coil was a 0 and a K. Picture included. Thank you!
