I have not been able to locate this part, for a silver line single hung window made around 2000. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

It appears to be 9/16" thick, 1-1/4" wide and 2-1/8 tall I've attached pictures

Enclosed is an image that shows the problem I am having with my window. I have a pair of single hung windows like the image on the left. The hook on the tilt shoe that holds down the spring loaded balancer has broken on multiple windows in our home. Once it snaps, it shoots the balancer straight through the window casing. This happens when they are closed, locked, and no one is touching/near them. Is this something that could be co ... (cont.)

Cord broke on channel balance, ordered and received the channel balance but cannot figure out how to remove part at top of window guide where the block and tackle is attached.
