I am in need of an operator like the one above except that the arm needs to be 9-1/2" and I need the opposite side. The windows in my in-laws home, built 1973, in Wisconsin have the attached mechanisms for opening and closing. I need to replace the right and left Truth operators, which are 10-inch straight-arm. The operator is stamped 45261 and marked "XX202003 1029" where "XX" are two smudged digits I can't make out. My Andersen Operator is Wider Than Yours
I recently ordered replacement Anderson Straight Arm Operator, 9 3/8" Arm kits for left and right. We received the kits and the mechanism that is mounted on the Window sill is wider than the original one we have. Window Replacement Arm and Window Replacement Latch
The arm that extends the window out when turning the arm crank has become disconnected from the bottom of the window so I am guessing we need to buy a replacement kit.
