we have LP windows (American Seal) they were purchased approx 14 years ago and one of the crank assemblies is broken. the worm gear just spins out of the housing when you try to close the window. it appears as though the housing is stripped out where the keeper bushing screws in on top of the worm g ... We have crank out window with regular handle that does not fold. Can the handle only be replaced with one that folds up? If so, how is it done?
