I've purchased and received a Pella Screen Door Flush Bolt 40-014, but don't want to break the small tabs at the top end trying to force the part into the opening of the door. Do you have instructions on how to do this? The metal gauge just fits into the gap between the part and the tabs, but at the ... (cont.)

Is it possible to obtain the bolt only for the Pella Screen Door Flush Bolt package? The original base part remains in the screen door, it's only the bolt that broke. Thank you.

For part # 40-014, how does one install this product. It seems very difficult, is there any instructions for the installation of the top and the bottom. It doesn't seem to fit the space where the old one came out of

Hello, Do you carry this part? There is an identical latch at the top of the screen door.

I believe it is a Pella door. This is the bottom of the screen door that latches it to the ground.

I need someone to tell me how to install a new Flush Bolt on the bottom of the Screen door.

I am looking for the black part (little stick) that goes from the door into the little hole in the sill to keep the screen door in place. I attached a picture of the top one not broken and in place. Thanks for any help you can give. Martha

Pella just sent me a replacement kit screen door slide bolt kit #29196 or 40-014 My existing French screen door the bottom slide bolt is missing How do I install the new bolt. Can I insert the new bolt into the existing housing?

These are located on the top and bottom of the screen door without a handle. This can only be opened by releasing the tab on this product.

Hi,This is the mortise or surround from the latch strike on my Pella sliding glass door. I am not certain of the model of the door. The contact surface has two latch strikes. One of them seems to have popped out and vanished into thin air.Can you help?Thank You,Andy
